How do I plan a group trip for friends?

Start with your group size, dates, destination ideas and a comfortable budget. Comfort Journey can customise the itinerary, arrange hotels, private cabs with drivers and activities, then share a clear quote upfront. For international trips, the team can also help with visas and stays. Ask on WhatsApp so everyone can review the same plan.

The group chat can leave the chat

Your group has one expert planner, one person who replies with a thumbs-up, and one friend who asks for the date again. We work with the whole crew, from four friends to a squad of 20, and turn the loose ideas into a practical plan with rooms, travel time and a clear cost for each person.

Choose a Goa break, a Manali or Leh adventure, a Rishikesh escape, or a longer trip through Meghalaya. For overseas plans, ask about Phuket, Bali, Vietnam, Dubai or the Asian Horizons route. Comfort Journey has planned travel from Bhopal since 1992, with real people available on WhatsApp and phone at +91 92039 31912 during your trip.

Why friends book with us

Budgets everyone can read

We share the price upfront and explain what changes it, so the friend collecting money has fewer awkward follow-up messages.

Rooms planned for real friends

Choose hotels from 3-star to 5-star, plus palaces or villas, with room choices discussed before anything is booked.

Your own ride and driver

Private cabs with drivers keep the crew together and make stops easier when someone spots a view worth photographing.

A human when plans wobble

Our team stays available on WhatsApp and phone 24/7 during trips, especially when flights, timings or late arrivals change.
