What is a fixed departure group tour?

A fixed departure group tour has a published date and shared route, so you can join other travellers while our team handles the planning. Comfort Journey confirms the current package, inclusions and quote on WhatsApp. The route and date are fixed for the group, while hotel level, room preferences and selected arrangements may be discussed for your needs.

The easy way to join a group trip

You may already know where you want to go. The awkward part is finding people whose calendars match yours. Fixed departure trips give you a planned date, a shared route and fellow travellers to meet along the way. You can arrive solo, with a friend or as a small group and still have company for the good views and the long drives.

Before you book, we explain the route, dates, stay choices and what the quote covers. Comfort Journey was founded in Bhopal by Sharad Kumar Mishra in 1992. It has a 4.8 Google rating from 85+ reviews, plus real people on WhatsApp and phone support at +91 92039 31912. During your trip, the team remains available 24/7.

Every itinerary can be customised. For a fixed departure, the date and shared route define the group plan, while hotel level, room preferences and selected arrangements can be discussed before booking. Ask about 3-star to 5-star hotels, palaces or villas, private cabs with drivers and visa assistance for international trips.
